he annoys me, really.
really really annoys me.
not only is he eavesdropping on conversations, he is now perfecting himself at being THE
in-house jerk.
how can you refuse your crew the right to communicate or make small talk (not that all work was
halted in the process, we were talking about work in the midst of doing work!) -
just because you are a self-conscious, moody, guilt-ridden person?
just because no one speaks to you more than they need to -
well, if you try being a lil more crew-friendly and less of a mumbling nincompoop who thinks the whole world is
against you, maybe we would speak to you. maybe even share a joke with you!
how can you make us feel like we are not pulling any weight around here - when you are the one
with your door locked in the middle of the day making hour-long internal phonecalls, even losing the responsibility
and sense to answer to radio calls which you know are important cos you're the Bossy Boss.
how can they work - when even the stewards and sometimes engineers are afraid to get down to do the lower
deck, not knowing what else to say or greet you with when seeing you there for the 14979th time in ONE day
doing your damned 'rounds'??
you put them in such difficult spots. not just them.
all of us.
and you make yourself someone difficult to work with.
you.
and maybe we do have faults, everyone does.
but it doesn't take much to NOT be a jerk along with your faults.
