So glad that I managed to get the youngest brat to come along on this trip.
The more, the merrier, always.
Besides, his room on the 2nd floor hasn't been slept in at all since we got the keys to the house!
As always, the highlight of my trips there is and always will be the gardening, and this time,
it was much more fun with him helping out.
On this note, if anyone's asking why I don't just get a landscape contractor to get the job done once
and for all - I for one feel it be such a waste to have a garden, if one doesn't personally work on it.
It kinda defeats the whole purpose of a garden!
So, yes.... I will toil and sweat and curse and swear and pray however long it takes on MY garden,
also... its always something to look forward to on my many weekends there :)
One wonders why he carries a hammer around in the garden.
And to think he somehow managed to render that hammer useless, taking its head off in his excitement!
Oh, and my chilli and lettuce seedlings have grown minute leaves and all!!!!
:))
"So su-weet" Suba would say in that lilting Indian accent of hers, LOL.
